John Keats and Andy Moore, A Song About Myself, Old Stile Press, Llandogo, Wales, 2014.

This pierced vellum binding has a design inspired by the unique off-kilter title page. The abstract forms of on the boards are suggestive of letterforms, although their meaning remains cryptic.

The unbound sheets were trimmed at the head but the fore edge and tail were left untrimmed.
The sections were sewn onto meeting guards.
The endsheets and meeting guards were sewn with 18/3 linen thread using a link stitch.
The rolled headbands were made with white box calf
The spine was covered with white goatskin.
The decoration was pierced into the parchment before it was adhered to the boards colored with acrylic pigment.
The binding was titled in gold spreading across both boards.
The boards were adhered to the spine leather with Jade 403 PVA. The edge-to-edge doublures were made with pierced Terraskin™.
The binding is signed and dated in gold on the lower doublure.
