Grievous Trouble and Annoy, Hematite Press, Cambridge MA, 2012.
The text is an extremely condensed and revised version of a single tale
from John Payne’s 1886 translation of Boccaccio’s Decameron.
The text was printed on Chartham Translucent paper
and the photographs were printed on Moab Lasal Matte 235 paper
using an Epson Photo R-1800 inkjet printer and pigment inks.
The text on the Chartham Translucent paper
appears to float over the photographs of empty urban scenes.
Printed in an edition of 10 in 2012.
Each copy has a unique binding.
This copy is an atlas structure binding sewn with a long stitch
to a limp paper cover constructed from Moab Lasal Matte 235 paper.
