All sheets washed and alkalinized, then sized with methyl cellulose.
Sewn on split alum-tawed goatskin thongs.
Back bead linen endbands sewn on cores of alum-tawed goatskin.
Sewing supports and endband cores laced into the boards.
Bound in dark brown calfskin.
Tooled in blind in a facsimile of a period binding in Durham University Library.
