Artistic binding on Frank Wedekind, The LuLu Plays, San Francisco: Arion Press, 2015.
Ilustrated by William Kentridge.

Wedekind’s two plays about Lulu are masterpieces of expressionist theater. The cryptic motivations and exaggerated actions of the characters provide an almost electric charge to the audience.

In 1929, the plays were made into a silent film by G. W. Pabst entitled Pandora’s Box, starring Louise Brooks as Lulu.
